DoE Teen Group Booking – Sewing Skills: Tuesdays / Thursday 5-6.30pm

This is a weekly class running for 8 weeks to cover the 3 months skills section of the DoE bronze or silver award. This can only be booked as a group of 6 people.

Our classes are designed for small groups commonly known as sewcial circles. They offer children an opportunity to learn new life skills, make friends and escape from the pressures of school and sport commitments and just be free to be creative in making things. The sessions aim to increase machine sewing skills and gain confidence using the machine. We sew a variety of different projects putting these skills into practise. From toys and softies, clothing, bedroom decor and accessories, these weekly sessions will keep young sewists inspired and delighted at what they can achieve.
