Friday Beginner Sewing Bees 4-5pm

Our Friday sewing club runs weekly from 4-5pm and is perfect for all ages 7-11 years who would like to learn to machine sew and explore all the wonderful machine sewn projects we create.

Our classes are designed for small groups commonly known as sewcial circles.  They offer children an opportunity to learn new life skills, make friends and escape from the pressures of school and sport commitments and just be free to be creative in making things.  The Session aims to increase machine sewing skills and gain confidence using the machine.  We sew a variety of different projects putting these skills into practise. From toys and softies, bedroom decor, clothing and accessories, these weekly sessions will keep young sewists inspired.

Note to parents:  when booking, please provide me with your child’s age, ability and brief summary of what they know / can sew.  All the classes are carefully put together to ensure that each child can get maximum attention and attain projects most relevant to their needs.
