Adult Dressmaking course: 6,13,20 tbc 7-9pm

Join us for a 3 week course and sew the perfect, easy wear versatile dress to wear all summer and into the autumn.  This is a great introduction to piecing together clothing and understanding basic clothing construction.

Learn to:

– read & understanding patterns

– pin & cut correctly

– sew hems, seams, binding and facing

– sew sleeves

You don’t need any dressmaking experience but you should be able to thread a machine and sew confidently. Some ‘homework’ may be required.

What you need to bring:

Approx 3m cotton fabric in a non directional print with coordinating thread. – Please email us for fabric requirements and we can help you where needed.
